To maintain the shine and quality of your jewelry:

  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. BUT, they can totally hold up to moisture.

  • Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use. Although our jewelry is durable we want it to last you a lifetime!

  • Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Will the gold vermeil gold filled jewelry fade or tarnish?

With proper care, our 18K gold plated pieces are designed to maintain their beauty over time. However, as with all plated jewelry, some fading may naturally occur with regular wear—especially in high-friction areas like rings.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Most of our pieces are made with high-quality metals that are hypoallergenic.

Can I wear LEMI jewelry every day?

Absolutely—our pieces are made for everyday elegance. We do recommend following our care instructions to prolong their beauty, especially for rings and bracelets that experience more wear.

Do you offer repairs or replating?

We currently do not offer replating services, but we’re happy to help you care for your jewelry or suggest professional options if needed. Please contact our support team with any concerns.

What’s your return policy?

  • Refunds: All sales are final. 

  • Exchanges & Store Credit: Available for eligible items within 14 days of purchase.

  • Exchange Guidelines: Exchanges are for the same item or another item of equal value, and are subject to a $20 processing fee.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the exact same condition as received.

Warranty: 1-year coverage for pieces bought on shoplemi.com and shipped in Canada against defects in materials, workmanship, and plating.
