Refund policy

If you are interested in returning or exchanging your order, please contact us at contact@shoplemi.com within 14 days of receipt. Items can be returned for a store credit, with the exception of fragrances hair products due to hygiene & safety reasons. Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included) Items not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% fee. Original shipping fees are non-refunsable. 

Once we receive your e-mail we can issue you a return label. Please note that there is a $14 fee for using the return label which covers the shipping costs. Alternatively you can ship your order back to the address provided at your own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We take great care in packaging your orders so that they arrive in perfect condition. If you are sending back an item, please package it appropriately with the same protection. Items exchanged must be in it’s original packaging.
